On March 8, Mpho will compete in the high jump event for boys U12.

After Mpho participated in the D2 athletics meeting, he secured a spot in the provincial championships. School spokesperson Mariska du Plessis states that Mpho will be participating on the Gauteng athletics stage for a second year.

“He is doing his best in all areas possible, including as leader. He is not only a star on the sports field but an achiever in academics as well,” Mariska said proudly.
