Youngster aims to become the next CR7
Ten-year-old Eden Tshikoro talks about his ambition to become one of the soccer greats.

Eden Tshikoro (10) of the Manchester United Football Club in Greenhills spoke to the Randfontein Herald about his soccer ambition.
Eden, who plays striker, has been named captain of the U11 side this year.
He explained that he has been playing soccer for about seven years and with Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo (also known as CR7) as his role model. The talented Eden too wants to make a name for himself. The youngster added that he has looked up to CR7 his whole life which inspired him to play the game and hopefully become one of the soccer greats.
“I have a great passion for the game and admiration for outstanding players like Ronaldo. I also love the adrenaline during a soccer match and nothing beats that feeling really,” Eden said.
“My teammates and coach also motivate me to become the best I can be. I will not give up on training nor my aspirations and I truly believe that I can reach my soccer dreams,” he concluded.
