Super Tigers remain upbeat despite defeat

The U20 Greenhills Super Tigers Football Club's spirits remain high despite suffering defeat.

It was close but no cigar for Greenhills Super Tigers FC’s U20 side when they went head-to-head against Golden Bullets FC during their second Randfontein Promotional League outing on July 6.

According to coach Ace Duiker, the match was adrenaline-pumping stuff but unfortunately, they narrowly lost 3–2.

“We gave our best. One of the opposing team players was on song and managed to score three goals. We eventually ran out of energy but we’ll come back stronger. We will never give up and keep on fighting to make Randfontein proud,” Ace said.

He also expressed that the Tigers’ spirit remains strong and they are looking forward to their next fixture.
