The Dance Hub Company excelled in various competitions this year and will be in action at nationals in Cape Town soon.

The Dance Hub Company’s crews and members have been dancing towards excellence at the recent RACA Eisteddfod as well as other competitions.

The Prototype, Cyanotype, Blueprint, X.I, Collective, B.A.S.T.E, The Dawgs and The Company crews all competed at the Global Dance Supreme Provincials where the teams managed to place in the top three in every section.

Angelique added the teams brought home five first places and qualified for the nationals in Cape Town that will take place later in September.

The teams also participated in the RACA Eisteddfod where they achieved an excellent 46 diamond, two platinum and three adjudicators’ awards in the solo, duet and trio sections. She also mentioned the teams received 11 diamond and three platinum awards in the group sections.

“We are extremely proud of every single dancer who stepped on stage. Most of our dancers stepped on stage for the first time and to receive these results is an incredible achievement. Furthermore, the dance studio gives all the glory to God,” she said.
