‘Let’s go to war’ – MacGregor prepares for Brakpan bout

Travis MacGregor is training hard for his upcoming slap fight on February 28.

Local slapfighter Travis MacGregor is set to test his strength once again, this time against Sheldon Human in the super-heavyweight division at Punisher Slap Fight #16.

Robert Krisch, owner and founder of Punisher Slap Fight, confirmed the bout will take place on February 28 in Brakpan.

MacGregor described the upcoming event as ‘massive’, with three title fights and eight additional heavyweight bouts on the card, including his clash with Human.

“I am training as hard as I can and pushing myself for this fight. Nothing and no one will stop me. I know I have this fight in the bag because I am very confident, and my God is my strength,” he said.

He added that this will be the first Punisher Slap Fight tournament of the year.

MacGregor also showed respect to his opponent for accepting the call-out challenge, saying: “Let’s go to war and give the spectators a real battle.”

He further thanked those who continue to support him.
