Over 800 pupils showcased their talents in various sporting codes in the Pretoria Technical High School Inter Academy Sports Day at the school in Arcadia last Friday.
They competed against each other in javelin, shot put, long jump, high jump and relays.
They also participated on 100m, 200m, 800m, 1500m and 3 000m run.
The school’s academies, participated in the event, include John Orr, Bain Mereasky and Van der Bijl.
According to the sports organiser, Johan de la Rouviere, the aim of the completion was to select an athletic team to represent the school in various athletic competitions such as cluster and inter high schools bond meeting.
