A man and his wife were granted bail at the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday after they were arrested for sexual assault and child pornography in Valhalla.
According to Captain Agnus Huma, the couple will again appear in court on 4 March. The children were reported to be the couple’s friends’ children, who often slept over at the house.
Apparently, the sexual assault and pornography had been ongoing for a few months. The two were reportedly forcing children aged between 8 and 12 years to pose for photos wearing underwear and also forced them to sleep between them while they were naked.
The couple was reported to have exposed the children to nudity by walking naked around the house as well.
