Three armed men robbed a guest house in Equestria this week, police said on Thursday.
Spokesperson Captain Jan Sepato said they entered Robert’s Place on Tuesday night and held staff members at gunpoint.
“They entered at around 09:00 and held the employees at gunpoint. They took an undisclosed amount of money from the safe, a laptop and three cellphones before running away,” Sepato said.
The men allegedly fired a warning shot upon exiting the premises.
“They fired a shot which we believe was to prevent them being chased and followed. No one was injured. Anyone with information is urged to call the Silverton police station 012-804-8181.”
