Lyttelton residents should note possible water supply interruptions this weekend due to scheduled maintenance and upgrading by Tshwane metro’s water and sanitation division.
“The upgrading of the water network is scheduled to take place on Saturday from 18:00 until Sunday at 09:00,” said metro spokesperson Lindela Mashigo.
The following areas in Lyttelton AH and Lyttelton Manor might be affected:
• North of Rabie Street
• East of the Ben Schoeman highway
• South of Trichard Road
• West of Clifton Avenue
• North of Limpopo Street
• East of Clifton Avenue
• South of Cantonments Road
• West of Burgers Street
• North of the N1 freeway
• East of Botha Avenue
• West of Air Force Base Waterkloof
“Residents of the above mentioned areas are thus forewarned about the possible interruption, however, this will be avoided at all costs,” Mashigo said.
