Resident unhappy with Tshwane metro

Resident highly unhappy with the service from Tshwane metro.

After waiting for three weeks for his leaking municipal water meter to be fixed, Rassie Erasmus of Theresa Park is not a happy man.

“The meter is skew, and the contractors dug a hole while repairing the meter which they did not fill again,” he said this week.

The Tshwane metro did not comment.

Erasmus, who lives in Impala Avenue, earlier said his water meter leaked for almost three weeks before the metro sent out contractors to repair it.

He said he and wife used up all of their airtime for the month to get the metro so far to act.

“When one calls the metro, you battle for at least an hour to get some joy.”
