A man known for exposing himself to motorists in Montana is back.
A man known for exposing himself to motorists in Montana has done it again.
Thea Van de Coolwijk was shocked when the man recently exposed himself to oncoming traffic. “I immediately pulled to the side of the road and phoned the police. The man, however, crept into some thick overgrown bushes,” she said.
This happened in Breedt Street towards Sefako Makgatho Drive.
She said the road was often used by mothers walking their children to and from school.
“When we phoned the police to remove the man from the road, they claimed he was mentally unstable and they cannot do anything. This is absurd.”
Sinoville police spokesperson Mirna von Benecke said police were aware of the man taunting motorists in the street. “We have removed him on many previous occasions but he keeps on returning to the same area,” she said.
Von Benecke said no one had laid charges against the man and the police had never caught him in the act to prosecute him for public indecency.
Von Benecke urged motorists to lay a charge against the man if he exposed himself again.
