Police still searching for suspected serial killer

No arrest has been made yet though police offered a R100 000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the suspected serial killer.

No arrest has been made by the South African police since they offered a reward of R100 000 each for the arrest and conviction of the suspected serial killer who brutally murdered three women in Mamelodi East around September last year.

Gauteng police spokesperson, Captain Doniah Mothutlane said: “The police are still continuing with the investigations and no one has been arrested yet.”

The three women were found killed and dumped in different areas in Mamelodi East.

The first body of a woman found was that of Katlego Ndlovu (23) in Mamelodi East Phase 1. The second body was that of Letta Letsoalo (23) from Mamelodi West and her body was found behind a Shell Garage in Mamelodi East.

The third body was badly burnt inside a dumpster in Extension 6, Mamelodi East.

Captain Mothutlane further said the police are appealing to anyone who may have information to contact Crime Stop at 08600 10111 at all hours.
