Pastor turns service into strip show

A pastor has turned up the heat with the help of God, making his congregation strip off their clothes in Soshanguve this week.

Members of a church congregation stripped down to their underwear in Soshanguve after their pastor apparently turned up the heat with the help of God.

According to reports, Pastor Penuel Mnguni of End Times Disciples Ministries in Extension 13 preached about Adam and Eve, quoting Genesis 2:25.

“Having no clothes on them, they stood in need of none to shelter them from the heat or cold, or to conceal any parts of their bodies from the sight of others,” he said.

Mnguni said he could change the weather with the help of God.

Reports state that the congregation started sweating in heat until they took their clothes off.

According to the ministries’ Facebook page, Mnguni has also had a cold service, where temperatures dropped to minus zero.

“During the service, Prophet Penuel commanded the temperature to decrease into snow atmosphere. The congregation began to feel coldness in their body, and started to cover themselves with blankets. This is a sign that God is with us.”

He also claimed to have turned the congregation to snakes when he commanded the spirit of snakes to enter their bodies.

“Indeed, demon manifestation took place upon them.”

Mnguni said he was the spiritual son of Pastor Daniel, known for feeding his grass and petrol to his congregation in Ga-Rankuwa.
