Passenger killed in Rooihuiskraal crash
One killed and two injured in crash in Rooihuiskraal, Centurion.
A passenger was killed and two other people were seriously injured in a horror crash in Rooihuiskraal, Centurion, in the early hours of Sunday.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Santi Steinmann said this happened around 01:00 on the N14 towards Pretoria, near the old Johannesburg Road.
“Netcare 911 paramedics called to the scene found that a light delivery vehicle and motor vehicle were involved what appeared to be a rear-end collision. Both vehicles were found next to the road.”
Paramedics ascertained that a passenger of the light delivery vehicle was killed in the crash while the drivers of the two vehicles suffered serious injuries.
“Both patients were treated on the scene and transported to hospital for further medical care. Police are investigating the cause and events preceding the crash,” said Steinmann.
