Man busted with bags of drugs
A man was arrested in Pretoria North with plastic bags full of drugs.
A man was caught with drugs estimated at R10 000 in the north of Pretoria.
The CPF teamed up with the Tshwane metro special protection team (SPT) to arrest the man on Friday.
Amandasig action group’s operations manager, Erich Landsberg said an anonymous tip-off led to the arrest of the man in Generaal De Wet Street.
Thanks to the quick response from the Amandasig and SPT more than 60 small bags prepared for sale were removed from the streets.
“The drugs we found were Cat and crystal meth,” says Landsberg.
It was suspected the man was dealing in drugs.
The suspect was taken into custody to the Pretoria North police station.
