There has been yet another collapse at the Lily Mine outside Barberton during the night.
According to Rekord‘s sister publication, Barberton Times, a source confirmed to Lowveld Media that there was another collapse, but that operations to rescue the three trapped miners are going ahead.
Mpumalanga premier David Mabuza, along with a delegation of MEC’s visited the mine this morning.
Members of the media were also allowed to enter the mine premises for the first time this morning.
