NEWSFLASH: Man killed in shooting east of city
The man was shot during an attempted business robbery on Friday morning.
A man was killed and another wounded during an attempted business robbery in the east of Pretoria on Friday morning.
Netcare911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said one man was moderately injured.
“This was during an attemted robbery at an archery business on the corner of Wekker Road and De Villebois Mareuil Drive in Moreleta Park.”
The man was declared dead on scene by paramedics.
“The other was stabilised on scene before he was transported to a nearby hospital by Netcare911 paramedics,” said Mathe.
The incident happened around 04:50.
