Three of the four men were arrested following a shootout with police on the M1 highway in Wynberg – north of Johannesburg on Wednesday morning, Sandton Chronicle reported.
The men are believed to have been involved in an armed robbery.
Max Cohen from EMER-G-MED, said a security officer sustained minor injuries to one of his hands during the commotion, he was treated at the scene.
