Police are still searching for a group of men who went on a shooting spree last Thursday.
Six people were injured during the shooting, which was said to be a taxi violence incident at Bloed taxi rank, a floor below the shops in Bloed Street Mall.
“No one has been arrested so far but the investigation continues,” said police spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Lungelo Dlamini.
Police are looking for a group of men in connection with the mass shooting in the CBD.
“A group of men in a minibus Toyato Quantum fired randomly,” said Dlamini.
Bestcare ambulance services spokesperson Xander Loubser said one person was in a critical condition while the others suffered serious injuries.
Five of the victims were taken to Steve Biko Academic hospital and the sixth to Tshwane District hospital, he said.
Dlamini said the police was investigating a case of attempted murder and had no leads as yet.
