Zinhle Ndlala investigation continues
No arrests have been made in the murder of Zinhle Lizzy Ndala.
The investigation into the murder of Zinhle Lizzy Ndala (9) of Mamelodi East, Section SnS continues, said the police on Wednesday.
Zinhle went missing on 4 January while playing with friends in the streets of Mamelodi and her body was found in a storm water drain a few blocks from her home on 19 February. She had been murdered.
Mamelodi East police spokesperson, Captain Michael Mbewe said: “The case is not closed and the police are working night and day to arrest the person or people involved in her death.
Mbewe also pleaded with the community to come forward with any information that could lead to arrests. Police can be contacted on 08600-10111.
Mamelodi residents have vowed to work together with the police to solve the case.
