BREAKING NEWS: Man shot in armed robbery at Castle Walk
“Four robbers stormed into Liquor City. One of the robbers was armed.”
A man was shot and seriously injured during an armed robbery at Liquor City in Castle Walk shopping centre, Erasmuskloof on Saturday evening.

Garsfontein police spokesperson Captain Ilze Jones said the robbery took place around 19:41.
“Four robbers stormed into Liquor City. One of the robbers was armed,” said Jones.
She said shots were fired between the robber and the store manager.

During the shootout one of the customers was hit.
“The man was transported to a nearby hospital.”
Jones said no deaths have been confirmed.
She said all four robbers got away.
No arrests have been made.
