One person was killed during an armed robbery in Pretoria West on Wednesday.
According to a reliable source, an unknown number of armed robbers entered a shop at a petrol station on the corner of Rebecca and Vom Hagen streets around 09:15.

The details surrounding the killing and how the robbers escaped are still unclear.
According to the source, the police pursued the robbers in a helicopter.

Four men have already been arrested and it is alleged that two police officers are involved.
Two firearms were found on the scene and a operation is underway in West Park to look for the remaining firearms.
