WATCH VIDEO: Wrecked taxi cruises on the highway
One user said the taxi driver was probably fleeing from an accident scene.
A video of a taxi, which looks as though it was just involved in a major accident, driving on the highway, has social media abuzz.
The video was posted on South Africa Exposed‘s Facebook page on Monday.
The taxi is seen travelling in highly unroadworthy condition on the wet road.
Social media was rife with comments, with many saying an illegal stunt such as this was only possible in South Africa.
Joseph Metso Jr said: “Yah man these taxis are moving coffins I tell you, not even a single **** is given each day, people’s lives worth (mean) nothing to these guys.”
Natly Futter said the taxi driver was probably fleeing from the accident scene.
Peter van der Poel said: “He will most likely bribe himself out of that one as well.”
