The case of the Soshanguve man accused of plotting to kill the president and his political friends has been postponed to Friday.
Elvis Ramosebudi made his second appearance in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday after his arrest last week by the Hawks on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.

The prosecutor, advocate Johan Badenhorst said the state amended the charge to incitement to commit murder during court proceeding.
According to reports, Ramosebudi was alleged to have ordered weapons with which he planned to assassinate President Jacob Zuma, the Gupta family and some members of Zuma’s cabinet from a US-based company via Twitter.
The Hawks had previously said they were looking into the man’s bank account to find out who was funding him.
Ramosebudi’s bail application would be heard on Friday.
