McDonald’s robbers in the west nabbed

The police launched a manhunt and the following morning had arrested one and the rest by the afternoon.

Three men have been arrested for a robbery at a McDonald’s fast-food outlet in Pretoria West, police said on Monday.

Spokesperson Constable Tumisang Moloto said the trio hit the McDonald’s in Church Street on Friday just before midnight.

The men allegedly entered the outlet and held the staff and customers up at gun point.

The robbers took an undisclosed amount of cash, together with cell phones and bank cards before they fled the scene.
