Five men robbed an NWJ jewellery store in Forest Hill shopping mall in Centurion on Tuesday.
The store confirmed the robbery occurred around 10:00.
“We can confirm that five men, two of which were armed, stormed into the store and took earrings and other valuable items,” said the store’s manager, who asked to remain anonymous.
“The robbers ordered the [female staff] to take them to the back where they took backup stock inside the safe.”

The manager said the robbers escaped with an undisclosed amount of items.
He said no injuries were reported and no shots were fired during the robbery.
Wiedabrug SAPS said they were investigating.
