Police say they are close to making an arrest after a woman was set alight in Atteridgeville on Sunday.
Provincial police spokesperson Lieutenant Kay Makhubela said the leads they had been pursuing had narrowed the search.

“We expect to make an arrest soon but we will communicate that at a later stage,” said Makhubela.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Nick Dollman earlier said the woman sustained critical injuries after she was doused with petrol and set alight in Kwaggasrand informal settlement.
She died the following day in hospital.
A murder docket had been opened at the station.
