Another taxi violence incident broke out in the east of Pretoria on Wednesday.

Provincial police spokesperson Captain Kay Makhubela said this happened in Hatfield around 15:00.
He said a vehicle was set alight during the protest, but added that no one was injured.

“It is alleged that it is an e-hailing service vehicle that was burned, but we are unable to confirm which service as yet,” he said.
Makhubela said no one was arrested.
