The 37-year-old Nigerian man accused of turning a 12-year-old into his sex slave did not appear in court on Wednesday, 13 September, as expected.

The man is facing charges of human trafficking, kidnapping and statutory rape.
His case had previously been postponed three times.

Sunnyside police spokesperson, Captain Daniel Mavimbela, said the grade 7 learner was reported missing in early September 2016.
