Residents in certain parts of Mamelodi East will be without power from 4 to 6 October, Tshwane metro has warned.
The planned power interruptions in Mamelodi East are due to the upgrading of substations and switching over to new cables.
Areas expected to be affected are:
– Mamelodi East extension 20 and 21 (4 October)
– Mamelodi East extension 30 (5 October)

The metro urged residents to always treat all electrical appliances as “live”.

The metro apologised to residents for any inconvenience during the upgrades.
