The Incredible Connection store in Menlyn Maine Central Square was robbed on Sunday morning.
Police spokesperson Colonel Lungelo Dlamini said the robbery occurred just after 09:00.
“Four armed men entered the electronic store and held staff at gunpoint before tying them up inside the storeroom.
Cellphones, laptops, Xbox and other valuable items were taken in the process. The suspects managed to flee the scene,” he said.

Dlamini said the value of the stolen items was undisclosed.
According to a shopper, the robbers came into the store wearing Incredible Connection-branded T-shirts.
Police could however not confirm.
No arrests have been made, Dlamini said.
