A burst water pipe on Ratel and Orpen avenues has left residents without water for two days.
According to ward 46 councillor, Pieter van Heerden the pipe burst because it was old.

Van Heerden said he could not estimate when the pipe would be repaired and water supply restored to the area.
“I am in contact with the city to find out when the problem will be sorted, I cannot tell what time the water supply will be restored, ” said Van Heerden.
The Tshwane metro had not commented at the time of going to press.
