A suspected robber was arrested in Waterkloof on Friday morning.
CSI Armed Tactical Response spokesperson Dana Bloem said this happened on Jupiter Street around 02:38.
“CSI Security got a distress call from a client in Jupiter Street. The guards responded to the call immediately and upon arrival, they spotted three suspected robbers and gave chase,” she said.

Bloem said the team managed to catch one suspect.
“The victim positively identified the suspect.”
“When the suspect was identified by the victim, he pulled out a knife and threatened to stab the victim with it and we had to confiscate it,” she said.
Bloem said a case of burglary and attempted murder with a deadly weapon was opened at the Brooklyn police station.
