Nkoadi said the suspect, known as Mongalo Mongale, had been eluding arrest since last year.

“Her modus operandi includes impersonating the owners of houses as well as pretending to be an estate agent and selling houses that belong to other people to unsuspecting desperate home-seekers under false pretences. More than a dozen of victims have already fallen prey to this woman,” said Nkoadi.

She has been operating around Hammanskraal, Soshanguve, Ga-Rankuwa and The Orchards.

“Anyone with information that may lead to the apprehension of the suspect may contact the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Raymond Botolo, at 082 545 4265 or our crime stop number 08600 10111.”
