Two men accused of helping a woman kill her parents were sentenced to life imprisonment by the Pretoria High Court on Wednesday.
Thatelo Molokomme and Kgaugelo Ratelego, both 27, were also each sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment for robbery with aggravating circumstances.

Both accused denied the charges against them, but Judge Bert Bam found them guilty.
Rekord previously reported that the woman, Bonolo Lekalakala (21), was serving a 55-year sentence after she pleaded guilty in May to the murder of her parents in 2015.
Wonderboompoort police spokesperson Constable Mandlakayise Zwane said Lekalakala had confessed to conspiring with the two men to murder her parents – Piet and Evah Beetge – and disposing of their bodies.
The bodies were found in the Hennops River in Atteridgeville shortly after Christmas two years ago.
“The daughter reported the Capital Park couple missing at the Wonderboompoort police on 30 December 2015.
Zwane said the daughter was arrested during an interview with the Atteridgeville police on 7 January.
“Later that day, a boyfriend along with a friend were arrested,” he said.
Zwane said the case was investigated by detective Sergeant Cari Putter.
