The police have yet to make an arrest in the recent murders in Centurion and Kempton Park.
Earlier this month, three men were shot dead in separate incidents.
On 8 May, a man was shot and killed outside the offices of the local taxi association in Kruger Avenue, Lyttelton.
He was leaving the offices when he was shot and killed by two unknown men.
The men fled the scene in a Dodge SUV.

A week earlier, a 44-year-old man had been shot and killed in his vehicle on the corner of Jean Avenue and Rabie Street in Centurion.
It is believed that when he stopped at the intersection, another vehicle had arrived, an occupant had gotten, approached and shot him.
The shooter then fled towards the N14 highway.
In Kempton Park, unknown individuals shot at what the police confirmed was a taxi association patrol vehicle, killing the driver.
Those murdered had been linked to taxi associations in the areas, according to police.
“Police have not made an arrest so far,” said police spokesperson Captain Mavela Masondo.
“Investigations are still ongoing.”
Police continued to appeal to anyone with more information to contact the nearest police station or report anonymously to crime stop on 08600-10111.
