Two of the three men arrested in connection with a series of protests outside the Shepherd Bushiri-led church earlier this year are due back in court on Tuesday.
Kabelo Tladinyane and Kennedy Nemoshongwa were arrested during protests over the deaths of three congregants in a stampede in January – 17 others were injured.
The third man, Prince Gcaba, stopped attending court proceedings after they were all granted R500 bail each.
The men face charges of public violence and violation of the road traffic act.
At their last appearance, Tladinyane and Nemoshongwa applied for a state-paid lawyer.
They are expected to appear in the Atteridgeville Magistrate’s Court.
