A married couple accused of stabbing a man to death in Centurion appeared in court on Monday.
Police believe the victim was stabbed with a knife following a dispute with the couple in the Mooiplaas informal settlement on 28 April.
“The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he died the following day,” said police spokesperson Constable Tumisang Moloto.
Moloto said Erasmia police launched a manhunt, which led them to Giyani in Limpopo, where the husband and wife were arrested for the murder on 31 May.
Moloto said their bail application was postponed to Friday for further police investigation.
