Missing Pretoria woman returns home

"It was alleged that she was kidnapped and assaulted, however, no case has since been opened by her or her family."

The 25-year-old woman who went missing returned home on Sunday, police confirmed.

Boitumelo Mmamphokwane Marisane disappeared last Monday when she left for work in Rosslyn, north of Pretoria.

“Although Boitumelo has reunited with her mother, we have decided to proceed with our investigations,” said police spokesperson Captain Augustinah Selepe.

“It was alleged that she was kidnapped and assaulted; however, no case has since been opened by her or her family.”
