She said Keegan was soon after arrested for shoplifting and stayed at the correctional services for several months.
“He was due to appear in court around April but due to Covid, the dates kept changing. On July 23, 2020, he apparently made a court appearance at the Pretoria North court but no records or footage of him is available,” Du Plooy said.
She said Keegan was bipolar and did not have his medication with him at the time of his disappearance. “We are pleading with the public to help us to find him. It has been two years now; we won’t stop searching and we won’t give up on him.”
Anyone who knows about Keegan’s whereabouts may contact the Pretoria North police station on 012 353 5666 and investigating officer Warrant Officer Momberg on 083 419 9766, or Pascoe Investigations on 076 649 7683.
