Centurion licensing centre back to full operation

Resumed operations with effect from Wednesday, June 01, after almost a week of closure due to a break-in.

Services at the Centurion licensing centre have been fully restored.

Tshwane metro spokesperson Lindela Mashigo said operations were suspended after a break-in and theft of equipment almost a week ago.

He said the centre became fully operational from June 1.

He said 30 computers were stolen during the break-in.

Mashigo said customers can now look forward to the full bouquet of services being rendered including the following core services:

– Driving licence renewals

– Registration and licensing of motor vehicles

– Application and testing for driving licence

– Application and testing for learners’ licences

Mashigo apologised for the inconvenience caused to the customers during the closure.
