NOTICE: Road closures in Pretoria Central
This is due to a service delivery protest that is expected to affect traffic from 10:00 to 14:00.
The Tshwane metro police (TMPD) issued a notice of road closures on November 25 due to a march in Pretoria Central.
The march is expected to affect traffic from 10:00 until 14:00.
The following roads will be affected:
– Kgosi Mampuru Street
– Madiba Street
– Struben Street
– Sophie de Bruyn Street
– Bosman Street
– Paul Kruger Street
– Thabo Sehume Street
– Lillian Ngoyi Street
– Sisulu Street
TMPD said that officers will monitor the march and all affected roads. Motorists are advised to avoid the affected roads.
TMPD advised motorists to use alternative routes such as:
– Boom Street
– WF Nkomo Street
– Francis Baard Street
– Nana Sita Street
– Edmond Street
– Eskia Mphahlele Drive
– Du Toit Street
– Nelson Mandela Drive
The march was organised by the ANC Tshwane to protest poor service delivery in Pretoria.
