Reward offered for Pretoria dogs taken during hijacking
The hijacking incident reportedly occurred on February 12 at 19:25.
A vehicle owner who is fond of her two dogs is offering a R1 000 reward for their safe return home.
In a social media post, Debbie Carter shared the unfortunate incident when she was hijacked on February 12 at 19:25.
Carter said she was hijacked at 76 Hardekool Street, Val de Grace, heading towards Rossouw Street in the east of Pretoria.
It has not yet been established how the hijacking occurred, however Carter escaped the incident unscathed but her dogs were taken with the vehicle.
She is now seeking to recover her white and brown female Boston terrier and her silver and beige female Schnauzer.
Both dogs have been sterilised and microchipped.
She also implored motorists to be on the lookout for her white Toyota Fortuner, number plate YJR 431 GP.
