Some fans want Heyneke Meyer to stay as coach
Despite failing to win the World Cup, many fans around Pretoria still think Heyneke Meyer should continue as coach.

Following the Springbok semi-final exit in the Rugby World Cup 2015, many fans believe Heyneke Meyer should remain as coach.
After four years in charge, Pretoria fans feel that Meyer is still the man who can take the national team forward.
The Boks defeated Argentina 24-13 in the third/fourth place playoff to claim bronze on Friday after being knocked out of the world cup by eventual champions New Zealand.
Here’s what some of the Pretoria fans said about Meyer’s future.
Regardt van Niekerk said Heyneke Meyer should step down because the Boks didn’t do well in the World Cup.
Phethedi Molekwa however, said the Boks were unlucky to lose to the AllBlacks in the semis.
Jason Drotskie said the problem was not with the coach during the campaign but the players themselves.
“It’s not the coach’s fault. The players have to perform. I personally think they have to get rid of the old players like Victor Matfield and Schalk Burger.” he said.
Staci-Leigh Howard also wanted Meyer to stay.
“I think he should stay because what the Boks need is consistency and to remove the coach after the World Cup is counter-productive. We need the coach to be in there for more than five years,” she said.
Kean Dry said Meyer should stay because he had developed a couple of young players ever since he took over as coach.
