“Lekker” local music by the up-and-coming Cunning Brad Band is one of the highlights of the Heritage Day long weekend entertainment line-up at The Carousel. Known for their interactive shows, with an emphasis on audience participation, the band will take the crowd on an energetic trip of new and old songs that will have everyone on their feet.
Fresh, versatile and slick, the Cunning Brad Band boasts a wide repertoire, with something to suit all music tastes. Performing predominantly in English, they often throw in a few Afrikaans and Zulu songs. Their music ranges from light jazz to kick-ass rock.
The band travels mostly, performing at music festivals like Aardklop, Innibos, KKNK, Heralds Bay, Up the Creek and Vereeninging Autumn festivals. They have also blown away international audiences in Egypt, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Swaziland.
