Samco Foods Medal attracts 89 golfers
89 players teed-off on Saturday during the Samco Foods Medal held at the Polokwane Golf Club.
POLOKWANE – The jackpot on holes five, nine, 11 and 14 were drawn by Willie Viljoen.
Two clubs were payable by Shaun Mouton, Arnoldus Venter Jr, Willie Marx, Hein Warmenhoven, Fanus de Beer, Avzul Bava, Thys de Kock and Nola Pecuer.
Results are as follows:
• A-Division Men (0-9)
In first place was Thys de Kock with 65 nett.
In second place was Patrick Cahill with 70 nett count-in.
• B-Division Men (10-18)
In first place was Lukhanyiso Papu with 67 nett count-in.
In second place was Liano Viviers with 67 nett count-out.
• C-Division Men (19 and up)
In first place was Piet Malherbe with 71 nett.
In second place was Harshad Mistry with 74 nett.
• A-Division Ladies (0 – 18)
In first place was Belinda Schutte with 75 nett.
• B-Division Ladies (19-36)
In the first place was Lady Ratsela with 71 nett.
