The roadshow comprises of all the music and magic one can expect from the well-known brand, which will host 11 events in six cities from October 31 to December 31. The aim is to serve up a stellar mix of talent to welcome the magic of summer. Alongside a stellar lineup of music talent, the events look to celebrate South Africa’s iconic summer sunsets at some of the country’s most magical, outdoor locations. “As lockdown measures ease to level 1, Corona Chasing Sunsets will remind South Africans that this is how we do summer. With the best entertainment and lifestyle experiences, we look forward to share special moments closer to nature and outdoors and in a safe way,” said High End Brands Africa director Marsha Kumire. Despite a no-show from the roadshow’s headline act, DBN Gogo, Polokwane’s partygoers still showed up in their numbers and didn’t waiver when the first signs of rain started to show. Instead, the crowd were brought to their feet by ‘Siyathandana’ hitmaker, Boohle, whose performance left the venue in full Corona Sunset mode. There was a variety of entertainment to keep the party going, including a Corona cocktail master class where partygoers could mix their own drinks. reporter02@nmgroup.co.za
