THE Seshego police have launched a manhunt following the disappearance of two-year-old Lesedi Komape.

Lesedi went missing from her home at Mmotong Makgofe on February 18 around 17:00. She was said to be playing outside when the incident took place.

According to the Seshego police spokesperson, WO Mothemane Malefo, an arrest was imminent. Malefo said it was sometimes difficult for the police to make an arrest if a case was reported late. “We urge the community to report the matter as soon as possible,” he said. He also urged parents and guardians to keep an eye on their children at all times.

“Anyone with any information about Lesedi’s whereabouts can contact the Seshego police,” said Malefo.
