All things pregnancy at awareness exhibition

POLOKWANE – February is Pregnancy Awareness Month at Mediclinc Limpopo, and the hospital celebrated the day with a Pregnancy Education Awareness Exhibition at Golden Pillow on Friday.
“The exhibition was held to give information to pregnant mothers and anyone who needs it,” said Istha McMillan, the client service manager at Mediclinic Limpopo.
There were different information stations where people could find information on the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), dietary needs, Baby Gym and dental health.
“This is a community project, it is open for everyone,” says McMillan. One of the visitors to the exhibition, Maria Thembisa said she was impressed with the exhibition.
“The exhibition was put together nicely and was very informative on everything, including first aid for your baby. I am very glad I came.”
