FOLE spreads wings to the Mopani district

THE chairperson of the Forum of Limpopo Entrepreneurs (Fole), Motinki Mahlo, has called on business owners and managers the Mopani area to regroup in preparation of the official launch of the organisation, which is expected to take place in a few weeks time.

The organisation was first launched in Polokwane and is now ready to spread its wings to the Mopani district in order to benefit as many businesses in the province as possible, Mahlo said.

Recently elected as chairperson, Mahlo said one of his priorities would be to make the organisation known by as many business people throughout the province as possible. In line with this plan, he also planned to ensure that Fole offices were opened in various towns in the province, to ensure that the services offered by Fole were easily accessible.

He said in the Mopani area, a new office in Lenyenye, some 25 km from the Tzaneen central business district, would be opened shortly.

“This is so that previously disadvantaged local businesses can benefit from our services,” he added.

Mahlo, originally from the Mopani area, said another priority would be to see all entrepreneurs enjoy the fruit of democracy so that poverty could be eradicated in the province.

Mahlo further said Fole had embarked on a campaign where they met with various provincial government departments to discuss pressing issues including tender awards to entrepreneurs in the province.
